For the very first time, Bladnoch Distillery has entrusted a select group of enthusiasts to decide the inaugural ‘Loch Maberry’ Cask. In a private tasting, 50 panellists discovered the rich flavours and individual maturation stories of three shortlisted casks, and finally cast their votes to determine which one would be bottled and released to the world.

Named after the water source of Bladnoch Single Malts, the Loch Maberry Cask is our way of sourcing inspiration from our fans.

After a turbulent 2020, where we needed to find new and unique ways to connect with each other, Bladnoch Distillery built the Loch Maberry Cask as a way to say thank you and make our fans a part of our story.

This final bottling is the cumulation of all 50 panellists’ input and experience.
